Section 31236 - Return to the County

The Department shall notify the probation officer that the person is ready for return to the county as soon as the diagnostic report is completed as provided by Section 4161.5 of these regulations or it is determined that the person cannot be materially benefited by retention as provided by Section 31321 of these regulations.
