Section 31232 - Acceptance or Rejection Action

The Department shall make a decision to accept or reject a referred person within 16 work-hours, or as soon thereafter as possible, after receipt of the information and document described in Section 31231 of these regulations.

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4160.5 to title 9, section 31232, including amendments, filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
