(a) The regulations in this chapter shall apply to all alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment facilities licensed under chapter 7.5 (commencing with Section 11834.01), Part 2, Division 10.5 of the Health and Safety Code.
(b) The licensee shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 7.5 (commencing with Section 11834.01), Part 2, Division 10.5 of the Health and Safety Code and the regulations contained in this chapter.

8. Amendment of subsection (a) filed
12-27-89 as an emergency; operative 1-1-90 (Register 90, No. 1). A Certificate of
Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency language will be
repealed by operation of law 5-1-90.
9. Amendment of subsection (a)
refiled 4-30-90 as an emergency; operative 4-30-90 (Register 90, No. 22). A
Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on 8-28-90.
10. Certificate
