10135 filed 6-3-91 pursuant to section
100, title 1, California Code of
Regulations (Register 91, No. 34).
2. Repealer filed 6-23-97 as an
emergency; operative 7-1-97 (Register 97, No. 26). Pursuant to Health and Safety
Code section
11758.42,
a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-28-97 or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.

4. Reinstatement
of section as it existed prior to 6-23-97 emergency repeal by operation of
Government Code section
11346.1(f)
(Register 98, No. 1).
5. Repealer filed 12-31-97 as an emergency;
