Article 2 - Program Evaluation
Section 10060 - Departmental Study and Evaluation of Programs
The Department may study and evaluate all programs on an ongoing basis to determine the effectiveness of each program's effort to aid patients in altering their life styles and treating their opioid addiction. Each program shall furnish to the Department information and reports the Department may request to facilitate such study and evaluation.
