Section 10045 - Approval of License Application

(a) The Department may license an applicant if the applicant is determined by the Department to have submitted a satisfactory protocol, be able to conform to all applicable statutory requirements and regulations, and have demonstrated need and received a recommendation from the County Alcohol and Drug Program Administrator.
(b) The Department shall notify the applicant, in writing, within 60 days of receipt of the application whether the application is:
(c) The Department shall either approve or deny, in writing, a complete application for licensure of a narcotic treatment program within 60 days after the application is accepted for review.
