(a) Authorizations issued for the purchase of goods and services shall be prepared in accordance with the following guidelines:
(1) Department
policies
(2) State Board of Control
Regulations
(3) State Administrative
Manual Rules
(4) Other related State
agency policies and regulations
1. Change without regulatory effect amending subsection (a)(1) and NOTE filed 5-9-2013 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2013, No. 19).
