Section 7261.2 - Client/Student Responsibilities

(a) Each client participating in college level training shall be subject to all requirements specified below to remain in the program. The client shall:
(1) Maintain a minimum of 12 credit hours/units
per quarter/semester, whichever is appropriate to the college. Due to extenuating
circumstances such as a family problem, the Coordinating RCD may approve taking
fewer credit hours/units for that grading period in which the problem
occurred.
(2) Maintain a cumulative
grade point average of 2.0.
(3)
Communicate with his/her coordinating RCD on a regular basis as outlined and agreed
upon in the IWRP to discuss course progress and any major program changes.
(4) Provide his/her Coordinating RCD with grade
and progress reports as they are received from the college.
(5) Promptly correct any deficiency, if placed on
sponsorship probation.
