Section 7131 - Content of the Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE)

(a) Regardless of the approach selected by an eligible individual to develop an Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) under Section 7129(a) of these regulations, each IPE must include the following mandatory components:
(b) In regard to post-employment services, the IPE for each individual must contain, as determined to be necessary, statements concerning--
1. Amendment
filed 10-17-80; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 80, No.
42).
2. Renumbering and amendment of former section
7132 to new section
7131, filed 3-5-91; operative 4-4-91
(Register 91, No. 15).
3. Amendment of section heading, repealer and new
section and amendment of NOTE filed 3-4-2004; operative 4-3-2004 (Register 2004, No.
10).
