Section 7017.5 - Individual with a Significant Disability

"Individual with a Significant Disability" means an individual:
(a) who the Social Security Administration has determined is eligible for Social Security benefits under Title II (42 U.S.C. Section 401 et seq.) or Title XVI (42 U.S.C. Section 1381 et seq.) of the Social Security Act, or
(b) who meets the following three criteria:
1. New section
filed 3-4-2004; operative 4-3-2004 (Register 2004, No. 10).
2. Amendment
of section and NOTE filed 3-13-2013; operative 7-1-2013 (Register 2013, No.
11).
3. Amendment of subsections (b)(1)-(2) and amendment of NOTE filed
2-17-2023; operative 2-17-2023 pursuant to Government Code section
11343.4(b)(3)
