Article 1 - Definitions
Section 32019.6 - Definitions of Terms under the SFBART Act

As applied to matters arising under the SFBART Act, "employer," "PUC transit employer," or "District" includes the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District, including all operations and extensions of its transportation system, regardless of modality or vehicle type other than temporary bus lines, as defined in Chapter 4 of Part 2 of Division 10 of the Public Utilities Code (commencing with Section 28848).
