Section 14300.48 - Effective Date
The provisions of this article take effect on January 1, 2002 or on the effective date of the regulation, whichever is later.

11-1-2018 as an emergency; operative 11-1-2018 (Register 2018, No. 44). A
Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 4-30-2019 or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
5. New Appendix H refiled 4-25-2019 as an emergency; operative
5-1-2019 pursuant to Government Code section
11346.1(d)
(Register 2019, No. 17). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL
by 7-30-2019 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the
following day.
