(a) All industrial trucks or tractors used for hauling, pushing, lifting or tiering materials shall comply with Article 25 of these Orders except as modified in subsection (b) of this section.
(b) Powered Industrial Truck Operator Training. Marine terminal operations shall comply with the powered industrial truck operator training requirements contained in Article 25, Section 3668 except as permitted by federal OSHA Instruction C PL 2-1.28A, Enforcement Guidance for the Longshoring and Marine Terminal Industries, issued by the Directorate of Compliance Programs, August 11, 2000, revised by C PL 2-1.28A, November 30, 2000, Section X, paragraphs A-G which are hereby incorporated by reference.
