In establishing a reasonable attorney's fee, the workers' compensation judge or arbitrator shall consider the:

(a) Responsibility assumed by the attorney;

(b) Care exercised in representing the applicant;

(c) Time involved; and

(d) Results obtained.

2. Repealer of former section 10844 and renumbering and amendment of former section 10775 to section 10844 filed 12-17-2019; operative 1-1-2020. Submitted to OAL for printing only pursuant to Government Code section 11351 (Register 2019, No. 51).
