Section 9833 - Right to Conduct Investigation

The Administrative Director may investigate any violation of this article, of the Workers' Compensation Truth in Advertising Act of 1992 (Labor Code §§ 5430 et seq.), of Section 139.43 of the Labor Code, or of any other provision of law now or hereafter enacted concerning workers' compensation advertising by persons other than attorneys or physicians. For this purpose (s)he may employ all rights and remedies possessed or delegated under Government Code §§ 11180et seq.
