Article 6.1 - Portable Amusement Ride Fees
Section 344.18 - Portable Amusement Ride Fee Schedule
The Division shall charge a fee of two hundred and six dollars ($206.00) per hour for all work performed in connection with audits, inspections, re-inspections, approvals, determinations, certifications and re-certifications, receipt and review of certificates or reports and inspections pertaining to portable amusement rides. Time shall be billed in quarter-hour increments, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.
1. Renumbering of former article 6 to new article 6.1 and renumbering of former section 344.10 to new section 344.18 filed 10-30-2001; operative 10-30-2001 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4 (Register 2001, No. 44).
2. Amendment of article and section headings and repealer and new section filed 1-20-2011; operative 1-20-2011 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4 (Register 2011, No. 3).
3. Repealer and new section and amendment of NOTE filed 6-29-2017 as an emergency; operative 6-29-2017. This filing is exempt from review by OAL pursuant to Labor Code section 7904(b). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-26-2017 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day (Register 2017, No. 26).
4. Repealer and new section and amendment of NOTE refiled 12-21-2017 as an emergency; operative 12-21-2017 (Register 2017, No. 51). This filing is exempt from OAL review pursuant to Labor Code section 7904(b). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-21-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
5. Repealer and new section and amendment of NOTE refiled 3-19-2018 as an emergency; operative 3-19-2018 (Register 2018, No. 12). This filing is exempt from review by OAL pursuant to Labor Code section 7904(b). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-18-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
6. Reinstatement of section as it existed prior to 6-29-2017 emergency order by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(f) (Register 2018, No. 40).
7. Repealer and new section filed 10-10-2018; operative 10-10-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 41).
