A.1. This code applies to liquefied petroleum gas tanks when mounted on highway vehicles and used as commercial measures. The code does not apply to the following devices:
(a) Devices used solely
for dispensing a product in connection with operations in which the amount
dispensed does not affect customer charges.
(b) Meters mounted on liquefied petroleum gas
tanks (for which see code for Liquefied Petroleum Gas
Meters).
