Section 6061 - Reporting Statements Regarding Non-Public Sale of Revenue Bonds

The written statement sent to the Commission pursuant to Government Code section 54418 shall include the following.
(a) Issuer name.
(b) Sale date.
(c) Principal amount.
(d) Reasons for the decision to use a Private Sale instead of a Public Sale method.
(e) The name of the person providing the written statement, the person's telephone number, and the person's firm or agency name and address.
