Section 6060 - Reporting Statements Regarding Non-Public Sales of Refunding Bonds

The written statement sent to the Commission pursuant to Government Code section 53583(c)(2)(B) shall include the following.
(a) Issuer name.
(b) Sale date.
(c) Principal amount.
(d) Reasons for the determination to use a Private Sale instead of a Public Sale method.
(e) The name of the person providing the written statement, the person's telephone number, and the person's firm or agency name and address.
