Chapter 4 - Manufacturers or Distributors of Gambling Equipment
Section 12308 - Penal Code Applicability
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to make lawful the manufacture, distribution, or transportation of any slot machine or device in violation of any provision of Chapter 10 (commencing with section 330) of Title 9 of Part 1 of the Penal Code.
1. New section

language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.

Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-27-2003 or emergency language will
be repealed by operation of law on the following day.

refiled 5-22-2003 as an emergency; operative 5-22-2003 (Register 2003, No. 21).
A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-19-2003 or
emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
4. New section refiled 9-8-2003 as an emergency; operative
9-8-2003 (Register 2003, No. 37). A Certificate of Compliance must be
transmitted to OAL by 1-6-2004 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.

2004, No. 8).
