Section 7054 - Maximum Grant, Second Funding Round

(a) Funds remaining after June 30, 2018 shall be available to any Children's Hospital as defined in Section 7051, subdivision (g)(1) or (g)(2), without regard to a maximum Grant amount. Complete and timely Application Forms shall be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to funding availability.
(b) Complete Application Forms received during the same business day and time (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. (PT) to 5:00 p.m. (PT), excluding state observed holidays) may receive Initial Allocations in equal amounts subject to availability of funds and Project readiness and feasibility as specified in Section 7059, subdivision (c).

2. Repealer and new section filed 3-29-2018
as an emergency; operative 3-29-2018 (Register 2018, No. 13). A Certificate of
Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-25-2018 or emergency language will
be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Repealer
and new section refiled 9-18-2018 as an emergency; operative 9-26-2018 pursuant
to Government Code section
11346.1(d)
(Register 2018, No. 38). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL
by 12-26-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the
following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-18-2018 order
transmitted to OAL 9-25-2018 and filed 10-31-2018 (Register 2018, No.
44).
