Section 1466.7 - Potatoes, Markings for Processing in this State

Notwithstanding any provision of Section 1390, all potatoes, in containers designed to hold 100 pounds or less of potatoes, destined for processing in this state that fail to meet United States No. 2 grade size and maturity standards established by the Article shall be clearly and conspicuously marked with a statement of responsibility (name and address). In addition, each container of such potatoes shall also have printed or stenciled on it in three-inch letters the full unabbreviated words "processing potatoes," and such potatoes shall only be used for processing purposes.
