Renumbering from section 1458.10 filed 1-21-75; effective thirtieth day
thereafter (Register 75, No. 4).
2. Amendment filed 5-15-91 as an
emergency; operative 5-19-91 (Register 91, No. 26). A Certificate of Compliance
must be transmitted to OAL by 9-12-91 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.
