All celery, except when in consumer packages, shall be placed in containers 45E, 45J, 45K, 45L, and 45R. All consumer packages of celery shall be placed in master containers 45G, 45H, and 45I. Containers 45F, 45M and 45S may be used either as master containers for consumer packages or as flat pack containers. All containers for celery shall be closed or lidded, provided that this requirement shall not apply to container 45S.
