Section 1339.5 - Dumping and Drainage Facility

(a) Tomatoes shall not be dumped within 500 yards of inspection stations.

(b) Truck trailers shall not be drained within 250 yards of stations unless emptied into a drainage facility approved by the director. Examples of acceptable drainage facilities are:

(1) city sewer systems,

(2) paved pads with a large, closed holding tank buried in the ground, or

(3) an open ditch more than 250 yards from work site.
