Collection of specimens for educational, research, and other non-food purposes shall be in accordance with 9 CFR section 314.9 (2006). Reference to Form MP-403-10 in section 314.9 shall refer to MPES Form 79-014 (Rev. 08/11), Application and Permit to Obtain Specimens from Official Meat Inspection Establishment.
