Product definitions and standards of identity or composition shall be in accordance with 9 CFR Part 319, section 319.1, et seq. (2006), 9 CFR Part 381, section 381.55, et seq. (2006), and the Food Standards and Labeling Policy Book (August 2005), published by the United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service, Office of Policy Program Development.
