(a) A warning for food exposures, including dietary supplements, meets the requirements of this subarticle if it is provided via one or more of the methods specified in Section 25607.1 and includes all the following elements:
(b) A warning for food exposures to acrylamide meets the requirements of this subarticle if it is provided:
1. New section filed 8-30-2016; operative 8-30-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(2) (Register 2016, No. 36).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending subsection (a)(1) filed 1-9-2017 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2017, No. 2).
3. Amendment of subsection (a)(6) filed 11-20-2017; operative 8-30-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(2) (Register 2017, No. 47).
4. Change without regulatory effect amending section heading filed 8-30-2018 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2018, No. 35).
5. New subsections (b)-(b)(2) filed 10-26-2022; operative 1-1-2023 (Register 2022, No. 43).
