Section 879.2 - Compliance and Enforcement
1. New section filed 7-12-2021 as an emergency; operative 7-12-2021 (Register 2021, No. 29). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-11-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Amendment of subsections (b) and (c) filed 8-19-2021 as an emergency; operative 8-19-2021 (Register 2021, No. 34). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-18-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Refiling of 7-12-2021 and 8-19-2021 actions on 5-31-2022 as an emergency, including amendment of section and NOTE; operative 5-31-2022 (Register 2022, No. 22). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-31-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Refiling of 5-31-2022 emergency on 8-12-2022; operative 8-12-2022 (Register 2022, No. 32). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-11-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
5. Repealed by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(g) (Register 2023, No. 34).
