Section 877.6 - Rediversion of Water Previously Stored in Lake Mendocino. [Repealed]

1. New section filed 7-12-2021 as an emergency; operative 7-12-2021 (Register 2021, No. 29). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-11-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Refiling of 7-12-2021 and 8-19-2021 actions on 5-31-2022 as an emergency, including repealer of section; operative 5-31-2022 (Register 2022, No. 22). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-31-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Repealed by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(g) (Register 2023, No. 34).
