Section 72449 - Special Treatment Program Service Unit-Program Approval

(a) Annually the facility shall submit to the Department of Health Care Services a written description of its Special Treatment Program which shall meet all of the requirements of Section 72461. The facility shall also specify any alternate requirements needed to implement a special program, and shall submit other documents requested by the Department of Health Care Services.
(b) The facility shall comply with all requirements of its approved Special Treatment Program and also any approved, specific, alternate requirement which shall govern the operation of the program notwithstanding the provisions of any other regulation contained in this chapter.
