Article 6.5 - Adverse Event Reporting Requirements
Section 71565 - Applicability

This article applies to reportable adverse events in acute psychiatric hospitals pursuant to subdivision (a) of Health and Safety Code section 1279.1.

1. New article 6.5 (sections 71565-71569) and section filed 10-28-2021; operative 1-1-2022 (Register 2021, No. 44). Filing deadline specified in Government Code section 11349.3(a) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20 and an additional 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-71-20.
