Section 63790 - Filing Deadline and Requirement for Identification at Examination

(a) For admission to an examination, a completed application shall be postmarked by the final filing date established by the Department.
(b) An examinee shall present their driver's license, photo identification (ID) card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles, or passport upon entry to the exam.
1. New
section filed 12-26-2000 as an emergency; operative 1-1-2001 (Register 2000,
No. 52). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-1-2001 or
emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
2. New section refiled 4-25-2001 as an emergency; operative
5-2-2001 (Register 2001, No. 17). A Certificate of Compliance must be
transmitted to OAL by 8-30-2001 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance
as to 4-25-2001 order transmitted to OAL 7-12-2001 and filed 8-13-2001
(Register 2001, No. 33).
4. Amendment of section heading, section
and NOTE filed 5-22-2012; operative 6-21-2012 (Register 2012, No.
21).
