(a) Psychiatric services means services performed by a physician trained or experienced in psychiatry.
(b) Psychology services means services provided by a:
(1) Psychologist.
(2) Psychological assistant under the
direction and supervision of a psychologist or board certified
psychiatrist.
(3) A psychiatric
social worker who is a licensed clinical social worker working in consultation
with a psychologist or board certified psychiatrist.
(4) A psychiatric nurse who meets the
qualifications of Section
78337.
