Section 51355 - Tuberculosis (TB) Related Services

(a) The following outpatient services shall be covered as Tuberculosis (TB) Related Services as defined in Section 51187.1 when provided in accordance with the requirements of this chapter:
1. New
section filed 8-16-95 as an emergency; operative 8-16-95 (Register 95, No. 33).
A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-14-95 or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
2. New section refiled 12-14-95 as an emergency; operative
12-14-95 (Register 95, No. 50). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted
to OAL by 4-12-96 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on
the following day.
3. New section refiled 4-8-96 as an emergency;
operative 4-8-96 (Register 96, No. 15). A Certificate of Compliance must be
transmitted to OAL by 8-6-96 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance
as to 4-8-96 order, including new subsections (a)(4)-(6), repealer of
subsection (b) and amendment of NOTE, transmitted to OAL 7-30-96 and filed
9-11-96 (Register 96, No. 37).
