Section 111900 - Administrative Reporting
Each local child support agency shall submit data to the Department pursuant to this Article as required to meet federal and state reporting requirements.
1. New
subchapter 3, article 1 (sections 111900-111920) and section filed 9-6-2001 as
an emergency pursuant to Family Code section
17306;
operative 9-6-2001 (Register 2001, No. 36). A Certificate of Compliance must be
transmitted to OAL by 3-5-2001 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.
2. Editorial correction of
HISTORY 1 (Register 2002, No. 10).
3. New subchapter 3, article 1
(sections 111900-111920) and section refiled 3-5-2002 as an emergency pursuant
to Family Code section
17306;
operative 3-5-2002 (Register 2002, No. 10). A Certificate of Compliance must be
transmitted to OAL by 9-3-2002 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance
as to 3-5-2002 order transmitted to OAL 8-29-2002 and filed 10-9-2002 (Register
2002, No. 41).
