Section 111220 - Requirements of Local Plan of Cooperation

(a) Each Local Plan of Cooperation shall, at a minimum, include all of the following:
(b) A Local Plan of Cooperation shall not exceed three years in duration, subject to annual review and approval by the Department to ensure ongoing consistency with the State/County Plan of Cooperation.

section filed 5-2-2002 as an emergency; operative 5-2-2002 (Register 2002, No.
18). Pursuant to Family Code section
17306(e)(2),
these emergency regulations remain in effect for 180 days. A Certificate of
Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-29-2002 or emergency language will
be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate
of Compliance as to 5-2-2002 order transmitted to OAL 10-16-2002 and filed
12-2-2002 (Register 2002, No. 49).
