Section 110778 - State Hearing

"State hearing" means an administrative hearing mandated by state law whereby a complainant may obtain an impartial review of a local child support agency or Department action or inaction regarding a child support case.

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 110618 to new section 110778 filed 3-24-2006 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2006, No. 12).
2. Amendment of section and NOTE filed 11-30-2021; operative 6-1-2022 (Register 2021, No. 49). Filing deadline specified in Government Code section 11349.3(a) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20.
