Article 1 - Definitions
Section 110554 - Recipient of Services
"Recipient of services" means the custodial party or noncustodial parent who has applied for, or is receiving, Title IV-D services, or has been referred to the Title IV-D agency.
1. New
section filed 3-25-2002 as an emergency; operative 3-25-2002 (Register 2002,
No. 13). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-23-2002 or
emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
2. New section refiled 8-22-2002 as an emergency; operative
8-22-2002 (Register 2002, No. 34). Pursuant to Family Code section
17306(e)(2),
a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-18-2003 or
emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 8-22-2002 order transmitted
to OAL 2-13-2003 and filed 3-24-2003 (Register 2003, No.
13).
