Section 110410 - Health Insurance Coverage

"Health insurance coverage" means the provisions for the delivery of both of the following:
(a) Health care services by a fee for service, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization, or any other type of health care delivery system under which medical services could be provided to a dependent child of an obligor.
(b) Vision care and dental care services whether the vision care or dental care coverage is included in health insurance coverage or is issued as a separate policy or plan.

26). Pursuant to Family Code section
17306(e)(2),
a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-28-2001 or
emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
2. New section refiled 12-18-2001 as an emergency; operative
12-30-2001 (Register 2001, No. 51). Pursuant to Family Code section
17306(e)(2),
a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-28-2002 or
emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 12-18-2001 order transmitted
to OAL 6-11-2002 and filed 7-24-2002 (Register 2002, No. 30).

section 110506 and renumbering former
section 110336 to section 110410 filed
