Article 1 - Definitions
Section 110224 - Custodial Party
"Custodial party" means the person having primary care, custody and control of the child(ren) and who is/are receiving or has applied to receive services under Title IV-D of the federal Social Security Act (commencing with Section 651 of Title 42 of the United States Code).
1. New
section filed 6-26-2001 as an emergency; operative 7-1-2001 (Register 2001, No.
26). Pursuant to Family Code section
17306(e)(2),
a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-28-2001 or
emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
2. New section refiled 12-18-2001 as an emergency; operative
12-30-2001 (Register 2001, No. 51). Pursuant to Family Code section
17306(e)(2),
a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-28-2002 or
emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 12-18-2001 order transmitted
to OAL 6-11-2002 and filed 7-24-2002 (Register 2002, No. 30).

Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 110224 to new
section 110276 and renumbering former
section 110182 to section 110224 filed
