Section 110160 - Complaint

"Complaint" means the complainant's oral or written statement of an unresolved dispute and a request for resolution regarding any action or inaction of a local child support agency, or the Department, concerning their child support case.

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 110148 to new section 110160 filed 3-24-2006 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2006, No. 12).
2. Amendment of section and NOTE filed 11-30-2021; operative 6-1-2022 (Register 2021, No. 49). Filing deadline specified in Government Code section 11349.3(a) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20.
