Section 102371 - Fire Safety Clearance

(a) A fire safety clearance approved by the city or county fire department, the district providing fire protection services, or the State Fire Marshal shall be required for a large family child care home.
(b) A fire clearance shall not be required for a small family child care home.

of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency language
will be repealed on 5-2-88.

to OAL 4-28-88 and filed 5-31-88 (Register 88, No. 30).
4. Change
without regulatory effect amending subsection (a) and adopting subsections
(a)(1)-(b)(2) filed 5-7-92 pursuant to section
100, title 1, California Code of
