Section 101161 - Limitations on Capacity

(a) A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation.

1. Change without regulatory effect (Register 86, No. 29).

3. Amendment of section heading and repealer of subsections (b)-(b)(2) filed 6-17-2019; operative 6-17-2019 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2019, No. 25).
