Projects that produce or manufacture vehicles and components as described in Health and Safety Code Section 44272(d) shall be eligible for funding.
1. New chapter 12 (article 1, sections 3100-3108), article 1 (sections 3100-3108) and section filed 4-22-2009; operative 4-22-2009 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4 (Register 2009, No. 17).
