At all times unfinished ballot cards or ballot cards are maintained within a warehouse, the warehouse shall be secured with a method to determine each person that has accessed the warehouse. Any unauthorized access to this warehouse must be detectable.
1. Amendment of section and NOTE filed 3-26-2013; operative 7-1-2013 (Register 2013, No. 13).
2. Repealer of former section 20251 and renumbering and amendment of former section 20265 to section 20251 filed 1-11-2018; operative 1-11-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 2).
