Section 20236 - Warehouse Inventory Control Record

(a) Ballot printers shall maintain a Warehouse Inventory Control Record of all unfinished ballot cards in its warehouse. The Warehouse Inventory Control Record shall contain the following information:

(1) Ballot printer name;

(2) Tint and watermark;

(3) Ballot card dimension;

(4) Format;

(5) Quantity placed in warehouse;

(6) Quantity removed;

(7) Balance on hand;

(8) Date of activity (e.g. placed in or removed from warehouse); and

(9) Name of employee responsible for the activity.

(b) A copy of the Warehouse Inventory Control Record shall be submitted to the Secretary of State on January 15th and August 15th of each calendar year.

1. Amendment filed 7-23-81; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 81, No. 30).
2. Amendment of section and NOTE filed 3-26-2013; operative 7-1-2013 (Register 2013, No. 13).
3. Renumbering of former section 20236 to section 20234 and renumbering and amendment of former section 20247 to section 20236 filed 1-11-2018; operative 1-11-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 2).
