Section 20215 - Tint

Tint means a color assigned pursuant to Elections Code section 13002 that is printed on ballot paper for ballots to be used in California elections.

1. Renumbering of former section 20214 to section 20216, including amendment of section and NOTE, filed 3-26-2013; operative 7-1-2013 (Register 2013, No. 13).
2. Repealer of former section 20215 and renumbering and amendment of former section 20213 to section 20215 filed 1-11-2018; operative 1-11-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 2).
