Jurisdiction means any local election district, county, municipal, or special district, that conducts elections pursuant to the California Elections Code.
1. Renumbering of former section 20212 to section 20214 and new section 20212 filed 3-26-2013; operative 7-1-2013 (Register 2013, No. 13).
2. Amendment of section heading and repealer and new section filed 1-11-2018; operative 1-11-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 2).
