Facility means the building or location where a ballot printer manufactures or finishes ballots to be used for California elections.

1. Renumbering of former section 20209 to section 20210 and renumbering former section 20208 to section 20209, including amendment of section and NOTE, filed 3-26-2013; operative 7-1-2013 (Register 2013, No. 13).
2. Amendment of section heading and repealer and new section filed 1-11-2018; operative 1-11-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 2).
